The Master of Science in Computer and Information Science (MCIS) program at the Southern Arkansas University is one of the largest, most affordable and highly attractive computer science graduate programs in the USA. Entry requirements for Southern Arkansas University - Main Campus
Students should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Students with a bachelor’s degree in other areas will be considered and may be required to take up to four undergraduate courses determined by the advisor. No graduate credit is given for the completion of undergraduate courses.A cumulative grade point average of 2.50 or above out of a 4.00 system or a 2.75 GPA on the last 60 hours of undergraduate work.A score of 550 or higher on the written TOEFL.A score of 210 or higher on the computerized TOEFL. A score of 79 or higher on the internet-based TOEFL. A score of Band 6.0 (overall) on the IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
